DEFESES FINE ARTS colaboreaza cu mai multi critici de arta, scriitori, jurnalisti. De asemenea, are in colectivul sau traducatori specializati pentru limbile spaniola, portugheza, romana si engleza. Directoarea agentiei este Eva Defeses, cu experienta in domeniul artelor plastice (a lucrat ca freelancer in acest domeniu in Spania si Portugalia) iar din echipa agentiei mai fac parte  jurnalisti si informaticieni, punandu-se un mare accent pe posibilitatile oferite de Internet.
